Festool DTS 400 REQ Orbital Delta Sander

The DTS 400 REQ sander is light and maneuverable for use in tight spaces and on vertical or overhead surfaces. It’s great for sanding doors and windows or tight spaces inside a cabinet or a boat. The thin tip of the delta-shaped pad allows you sand into inside corners and in-between the louvers of shutters. Using the included edge protector, you can sand right next to a vertical surface without causing damage.

The Orbital Delta Sander weighs in at only 2.4 lbs so you can easily run it with one hand. Stepless variable speed and MMC (Multiple Material Control) technology ensures that you can select the speed you want and the sander will maintain that speed – even under load. We recommend you use the DTS 400 REQ with a dust extractor , but Festool offers dust collection bags that fit directly on the dust port. For heavy users of the DTS 400, Festool offers an Abrasive Storage Systainer designed to hold the sandpaper for this sander.
