Norton A275 uses hard aluminum oxide abrasive bonded to a durable B-weight paper. It has a water-based, pigment-free stearate coating.

In woodworking terms, these 3 inch hook and loop discs are great for sanding bowls and vessels. They are durable, flexible and non-loading. You can shape them around most curved surfaces and they won’t crack or loose grit. You can even sand your finish to a high sheen with the very fine grits.
