Record Power SC4 Companion Chuck

The Record Power SC4 Chuck Package is a good chuck for the intermediate to advanced woodturner. It securely holds large workpieces despite its small size. The SC4 has a fully enclosed back with built-it indexing plate. The jaws adjust with a large ball-end hex wrench.

The SC4 COMPANION chuck is for the experienced woodturner who already owns a Record Power SC4 Chuck . You have a chuck and a few sets of jaws, but you want to save time changing jaws. This is just an SC4 chuck with no jaws, accessories or threaded insert.

For all spindle sizes, a threaded insert is REQUIRED to adapt the chuck to fit your lathe. Inserts are sold separately.
