The KJ-45 knife jig is used for sharpening a wide range of knives – chef’s knives, household knives, hunting and fishing knives, even carver’s drawknives. The design lets you stroke along the curved tip of a blade as easily as along its straight length. It can sharpen any knife that’s at least 2-3/8″ (60mm) long. Long knives need to be stiff. For knives with thin or long blades, use the KJ-140 Long Knife Jig. This is the knife jig for most knives.
