Micro Jig ZeroPlay 360 Sled Kit – 750 Series

The Micro Jig ZeroPlay 360 Sled Kit combines the improved 750 ZeroPlay Miter Bar with the versatility of the MATCHFIT 1-1/2″ Dovetail Track Screw Hardware – 2.0 to provide everything you need to build the most useful sled in your shop.

Most table saw sleds have only one function, and factory miter gauges have a limited range of angles. With the Micro Jig ZeroPlay 360 Sled Kit’s unique grid layout of dovetail grooves- this sled is fully adjustable to cut any size stock and allows you to set your fence at any angle- locking it in place with the included MatchFit Dovetail Hardware. The 750 ZeroPlay Miter Bar insures that the sled is running parallel to the blade at all times.

This sled is incredibly easy to build.All you need is some plywood, a 1/2″ 14-degree dovetail router bit and about an hour. The package includes easy to follow plans.

ZeroPlay Miter Bars will fit ANY standard (3/4″ x 3/8″) T-Track miter slot that measures between 0.73″ and 0.79″ wide and at least 5/16″ deep.

Important: Not compatible with table saws with ‘Tabs’ cast into the top of the miter slot or 5/8″ miter slots.
